How EzyRun handles data

We keep this simple and focused on what the product actually does. This page explains what we store, how analytics works, and where cookies or local storage are used.

What we collect

Plan inputs you provide, such as race distance, date, availability, and preferences, stored with an unguessable plan link.

Your account email address so you can save plans, sign in again, and access Premium if you upgrade.

Analytics data about site usage, product interactions, and marketing attribution if you accept analytics cookies.

How analytics works

If you accept analytics cookies, we use analytics tools to understand how people find and use EzyRun, improve the product, measure marketing performance, and troubleshoot support issues.

If you are signed in, accepted analytics may be associated with your account using an internal identifier. We do not use your email address or name as the analytics identifier.

If you decline analytics cookies, we do not load marketing analytics and keep product analytics in a reduced mode.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie required for the app to function. If you accept analytics cookies, analytics tools may also store analytics-related cookies or browser storage entries.

If you decline, we limit non-essential analytics storage.

Data retention

Plans may be retained to allow access through your plan link. If you need help or want us to review something, contact us.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account data and all training plans associated with your account. See the data deletion instructions.
